Add ability to choose an entire instance for an Antenna/timeline

Summary

I would like to be able to add all users/an entire instance to an antenna - for example everyone @mstdn.tokyocameraclub.com Sharkey allows this by specifying an antenna consisting of specific users and “*@mstsn.tokyocameraclub.com”, but it would be nicer to have an option to just specify an instance.

(As an alternate option, I have tried following the hashtag #tokyocameraclub, but it seems to miss quite a few posts, so not sure if that has a bug? )

Purpose

Wanting to have a specific timeline to see posts from a specific instance. More than one instance might be nice, but I need it for one personally.
