Activator tweak only runs the first time!

I have used iOSOpenDev 1.6-2, with XCode (v6.1 I believe), I've created the dylib and installed by pressing (CMD + Shift + I), and I've configured the whole SSH situation. The problem is: it only runs once. It does what it's supposed to (its the example file still), but then it doesn't work after that, unless I reinstall with another (CMD + Shift + I).

No code has changed from the example file, and all settings remain the same aside from the device IP in project settings.
