Upgrade Spack setup of tutorials

Currently, spack support is using an ancient spack diy command that has evolved a long time ago toward spack dev-build.

The goal of this issue is to track the modernization of spack support.

  • [x] Remove old spack related code (#94)
  • [ ] Define spack environments for Kokkos-Core, Kokkos-Kernels, and ~Kokkos-RemoteSpaces~ (not packaged yet) (#95)
  • [ ] Optional: provide containers built from these environments
