Output HTML to stdout

I'd like to pipe the output of Madoko to an HTML renderer. Would it be possible to add a flag asking madoko to print the generated HTML file to standard output ? Maybe the incremental generation could be done in a temporary directory to avoid rebuilding everything ?

(My use case is that I'd like to add a Madoko preview option to a writing program such as ghostwriter.)
