Using this package with livox lidar

Hi, first of all, thank you for your package.

I want to use this package with livox lidar, but there is a arg named "nodelet_manager" in the launch file. velodyne has velodyne_nodelet_manager, but I cannot find any "nodelet_manager" when livox lidar is running.

So, How should I configure “nodelet_manager” in launch file?
