"--v2" for prepare bucket latents not used?

I see that the arg --v2 is optional, but it does not get used at all in "prepare bucket latents.py". Might want to remove it if its not going to be used.

Hi, thank you for your suggestion.

I changed the script from loading whole model to loading VAE only, but I forget to remove --v2 option,

I will remove it with a next update.
