Deleting PC Member's Review Unassigns the PC Member
Suppose a PC member is assigned to a paper and has written a review. Admin then deletes the review of the PC member. As a result, the PC member is not assigned to the paper anymore. This is unexpected and can easily be overlooked by a PC chair.
Can you say more about why this is unexpected? This seems totally expected.
It's been awhile, so hopefully I remember correctly. There is a dependency in one direction: Assignment of a PC member to a paper is necessary for the PC member to submit a review. But not vice versa. So why should removing the review also remove the PC member from that paper?
