Add optional cover page

Hey @KohheePeace love the plugin! I need to add a cover page/s to the PDF.

I'm happy to create a pull request. Was thinking about porting over the exact functionality as https://github.com/simologos/papersaurus#getpdfcoverpage i.e. maintaining the HTML for the cover page as an array of pages on the docusaurus.config.js

Borrowing this PR idea https://github.com/KohheePeace/docusaurus-pdf/pull/27

  1. Making Cover page by using Navbar Logo and Title of the document website
  2. Toc Page
  3. PDF pages

For granular customization, it is better to use custom json file, but it makes docusaurus-pdf troublesome for user to use.
