Redesign the back to top.

I'd like to redesign the back to top link or button, instead of it using an arrow in square, I can make it circular and also create a toolTip that says what it does instead of having the text beside. I can also create an animation that draws the attention of the user to the button. I believe this would make it more pleasing to the eyes of user.
