Add full dependency list to README.md

I think it would be helpful too everyone who doesn't use arch to have a full list of all the dependencies to make these configs work on any distro. Right now I am on gentoo and I tried installing as many dependencies as I could but there are still probably some that I am missing. I tried looking in the install script to see what it installs but I guess I still missed something.
