Scroll component is inaccessible
Based on the given example from the documentation, the Scroll component does not support use with:
- mouse scroll-wheels
- arrow keys
- the spacebar key
- page up+down keys
Is there a reason why we can't scroll in these very commonly used ways? Is there a possibility of adding in these features to make scrolling more accessible to all?
