FR: Layer states can set sublayer properties

This could get messy, so I propose it with hesitation, but there have been several times while using layer states in Framer that I wish that I could just set one layer's state and have it modify sublayer properties, as setting a class in CSS can do. For example, a layer might have a selected state that enables the visibility of a some sort of selection indicator sublayer.
