I can clone the repo and choose one as existing, but the CSS does not compile?

On the Compass Template, I get this error, which is weird because I have Compass installed.

The Framer template here doesn't really work with Framer Studio. I've tried to cobble it together but can't seem to get it going. Any chance the template could be updated...

Take out the "--compass" because it cause an error when compiling.
