Deprecated messages

Hi, I've been trying out Cactus using this blog, but when I launch it with I get a bunch of messages like this:

{{ STATIC_URL }} is deprecated, use {% static '/static/path/to/file' %} instead. index.html:

Any idea what's wrong here?
