[Bug]: Updating an artist's name to name should take you to the new ID

Reproduction steps

1. Add track:

2. Update artist name:

3. Observe that the page title still says Unknown Artist, even those we can see the artist below

4. Refresh the page:

5. Observe model error.

Expected behavior

When we update an artists name, we need to move the user to the new ID, then all these problems will be solved.

Actual behavior

The user stays on the Unknown Artist page id (in the screenshot example, 30, when the updated artist now lives at id 31.
