[FR]: koel:sync for S3

Description

Currently, koel:sync only works with the local storage drive. I have a Backblaze bucket with a backup of my music library, would be great if I could scan that bucket and get all of it to sync with Koel.

Would also be a nice to have if I could manage any invalid tag or missing artwork within Koel, and have it updated on the bucket, since I ofter update my iPod with its content.

Let me know if you have any plans related to this, and if I can also help (I'm a web developer).
