shift + cmd - key doesn't work

I'm trying to map shift + cmd - key but when I try to use it it's like it doesn't realise that I pressed the shift key. When the same shortcut exists without the shift key, that shortcut even gets executed instead.

Works: ctrl + cmd - z Doesn't work: shift + cmd - z

I'm on 12.3.1 on an M1.

I have the same issue. Also on a M1 mac.

Seems to work OK on an M2 mac (v0.3.5)
