Prepare Etcd storage for 2.0.x release

Upcoming 0.5 has many changes and also flag deprecations such as --peers which we are using. The following guide shows how clusterting is done in 0.5 and what is being used for the --peers. https://github.com/coreos/etcd/blob/master/Documentation/0.5/clustering.md

It seems our Travis builds fails right now due to old Etcd version. We need to vendor our deps.

Etcd is now at 2.0.x, we need to make it ready for that particular version.
