Adding functionality and fixing a few bugs

Hi

We used this plugin for a client and have added support for multipage forms, and the 'Save for later functionality' and fixed a few other small bugs we found while using it!

Works much better with your fix! 👍 I got some issues with radio buttons that aren't saving the value on a form with multiple pages.

  • It seems to work on a form with only 2 pages but if you have more pages it will break.
