Unable to see Balance after Connecting

has funds on both, Polkadot and AHP, and he is not able to see his funds when he connects to KodaDot. His balances are not loaded.
He is using Talisman Wallet
Can anyone check it out or tell me why this may be happening? He tried it more times.

May I chime in here, as I'm facing the same issue @roiLeo
There is an error saying unable to fetch users balance. Same is happening on AH, KH, Polkadot and Kusama.
The issue is ongoing despite clearing cache, cookies, reloads, disconnecting wallets and reconnecting them.
I'm facing this for the past 3-4 weeks i'd say.

It still work well on my side. Are you behind a router, VPN or something likewise?

Check the network tab if something is blocking the request. Likely it's an adblocker or some other extension like below
@iMac7 thank you that did the trick. Bit irritating as i did not install a new one in the meantime, but i deactivated it and it's resolved now. Thank you all 🙌
