Add basic end to end tests

Goal

Have 1 or few "sanity check" tests that verify that the end to end pipeline produces the expected results.

Implementation notes

• [ ] Test 1: Use smaller dummy network with data from paper
• [ ] Test 2: Use pre-identified hyper parameters and train full size network used in paper on data in paper
