Maintain flam3 compatible fractorium builds

Hi Daniel. You'll be happy to know that after another user complained about the broken compatibility with flam3/apo, I have decided to provide an option at runtime to determine which program the render should be compatible with.

So when using the command line, pass --flam3_compat to retain the backward compatibility. Omit it to be compatible with chaotica.

This only affects these variations: cos, cosh, cot, coth, csc, csch, sec, sech, sin, sinh, tan, tanh

This will be included in the next release.

You can either set it in the options dialog if you are rendering with the gui, or with the option --flam3_compat when rendering on the command line.
