xScenario affects all Scenario tests in file

Hi there, If a test file contains xScenario (or tests marked with skip()), TestRail does not make the getCases request to update the test run results. I am using CodeceptJS with Playwright, if that matters.

Affected versions: 1.10.1 and later.
