[Tabs] Tab indicator is broken when resizing the window

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://kobalte.dev/docs/core/components/tabs
2. Scroll down to dynamic tabs section
3. Add 10 tabs (or more)
4. Click a tab somewhere in the middle of the list
5. Resize the window
6. The tab indicator stays its size and position despite the tab items getting downsized or upsized

Expected behavior The tab indicator should follow the tab item above it when resizing the window
