NuGet namespace conflicts

Hello,

I sent you a message on NuGet a couple of years ago. I'm glad you like the NuGet packaging that I created and got some use out of it. But in posting nearly identical NuGet packages with the same naming convention that I was using, the namespace has become conflicted.

Some examples:

https://www.nuget.org/packages?q=secp256k1 https://www.nuget.org/packages?q=libzmq

I switched from underscores to hyphens in an attempt to work around your secp256k1 packages that used my naming convention, but you were the hyphen convention in another secp256k1 package as well. So both of us have confusing naming inconsistencies.
