Remove *.ts from output and add type for WowzaWebRTCPlayer

Our build system dosen't expect to find .ts source files in our deps, therefore it fails to pick up the types for WowzaWebRTCPlayer would it be possible to remove the source code from the distribution and instead use the types produced by typescript?
