  • tests: fix ".end() was called twice" in contextstore.test.js
  • use eslint:recommended rather than Egg config
  • eslint-disable no-prototype-builtins for hasOwnProperty(CONTEXT_SESSION) (?)
  • eslint-disable require-yield in cookie.test.js (?)
  • replace defunct istanbul with c8
