Yet another wrapper implementation. Created this to play with the idea. Goes along with koajs/koa#707.

This is the wrapper PR I support. @fl0w which one do you support?

Also @fl0w, what's the status of #55? The related koa PR was closed - should the koa-compose PR be closed too?
