The onRewarded callback is not called on iOS

The onRewarded callback is not called on iOS on both a real device and the emulator. Other callbacks such as onAdClosed and onAdLoaded work fine. This also works fine on Android.

iPhone 5s device iPhone 8 Plus emulator iOS 12.3.1
