Panics/errors on previous benchmarks should be ignored

When the benchmarks in the base commit fails they should be just ignored and not make everything fail

I'm sorry for the late reply. Now, cob ignores "no packages to test" error. Let me know other failing case, please. I can't imagine how the base commit fails for any other reason.

this can be produced if the benchmark has a fixed dependency that changed or was broken with the time
