[Proposal/Suggestion] Implementing dexes with an abi to Java class converter/generator

Hello, i would like to start adding implementation for dexes and i would like to ask you, how you believe is the best way to do it. In my mind i think that we need to find an abi to Java class converter/generator or something and adapt the functions generated with the main Xchange API. What do you think? Do you have an alternative idea? Some tool to suggests etc. Thank you
