[Core] Remote Init doesn't get called when SteamingExchange instance is being created

Hello, i was instantiating an FtxStreamingExchange instance and the remoteInit was never called in order to get CurrencyPairMetaData. My question is, is this feature by default for every StreamingExchange instance? If yes, maybe we need to fix it. Thanks
