Tasks without task files should also be supported

At the moment, KNOSSOS expects only tasks with task files. It loads the empty tasks anyway, but an error is shown and the previous skeleton is not cleared. It could be submitted to the task if the user wanted to.

Shouldn’t it be mandatory to have a task file, so it is checked if the correct dataset is used, supply a starting position etc.?
