Question about work-flow for segmentation

Hello,

Would you kindly recommend what menu should I use it for a segmentation of mitochondria?

Right now, I am trying to use segmentation paint and gave some label for mitochondria and ~mitochondria. However, I am not sure how I can get a probability map or predict the value of images.

I know it's a beta but I wish there is some example or instruction of tools.

KNOSSOS is a viewer that allows to manually create sparse (skeleton) and dense (segmentation) annotations. It can be and is used as part of automated segmentation workflows.
