Does not boot from USB (MSD)

Will not boot using NVME (over USB) with MSD.

Hi,

I think It's because the scripts assume that the disk will be in mmcblk0.

Here I modified some moving parts like the device name and other stuff. You can configure the whole process passing these env vars.

Maybe @knoopx would like to review as well, but no problem.
