Support for MQTT5

As MQTT5 specifications are public for a while I would suggest that it is also included in here. It contains some pretty useful functionalities like noLocal or setting a new Server on disconnect and so on.

Yup, would be great to have v5 support, but realistically I'm unlikely to have time to look at it.

Kindly ask you to update the documentation stating that currently latest MQTT protocol version is 3.1.1 https://www.arduino.cc/reference/en/libraries/pubsubclient/

I just want to chime in, that MQTT5 support would also be really helpful for the Tasmota project and I would be happy to see support for it.

We need MQTT 5.0, in mqtt sparkplug gateway, its payload use protobuf, very short length, but its topic is so long in V3.1.1, we hope the PubSubClient can support MQTT V5.0, to let more and more IIoT developer use the it.
