TrackStartError on Android

I'm getting this error with android

NavigatorUserMediaError {name: "TrackStartError", message: "", constraintName: ""}

What version of android and device? Is the mic or camera already in use by another app?

In using android 7.1.1 on moto e4

I double checked, camera and mic both weren’t using by any other app.
