While I'm not familiar with the knockout insides (so perhaps this isn't needed), I am working on a UI system in a WebGL game where the default hasfocus wasn't applicable. I took the original hasfocus source and tweaked it to my needs and then ran into this issue.
Any news on this guys?
Damn it! It was removed from ko 2.3.0 and now my custom bindigns won't work anymore!
