Allow opening the help dialog of BigDataViewer

The F1 shortcut (that users know from BDV itself) to show how the navigation works and all the BDV shortcut magic seems to be currently unsupported. We should make it work and even add a button in the panel (@tibuch?) to avoid confusion and make the help more accessible.
