Interactive Annotator: support initial Labeling

Currently, the Interactive Annotator "only" allows you to create a Labeling from scratch. If a Labeling is available, it could be used as an initialization in the configuration dialog.

Use case: propose a Labeling and let the user e.g. move it around before handing it off to subsequent nodes for processing.
