User Bio character limit 50 less than advertised

When entering a biography in https://www.fimfiction.net/manage/account/settings it says the bio has to be 250 characters or less, but the page errors when save and any length above 200 is used.

Would like to mention this bug is still present. I don't get an error but the site simply refuses to save any bio above 200 characters (using Firefox 70 if it matters)
