Control Plane explicit about CE version?

While the data-plane.md file defines that CloudEvents are 1.0:

• https://github.com/knative/specs/blob/main/specs/eventing/data-plane.md#minimum-supported-protocol

There is none of that on the control-plane. While the actual version is a concern of the data-plane, the control-plane.md file states the following for the Broker and Channel Lifecycle:

... which accepts all valid CloudEvents

Should this have some explicit mention, as defined in the data-plane document, or even have 1.0 there too?
