We should move this e2e test to net-contour - given it's specific to only that integration

E2E CORS Tests removed from serving by #15249

I opened a PR in net-contour https://github.com/knative-extensions/net-contour/pull/1100 with an e2e test for CORS (if needed for future), but chatting with @dprotaso, we agree the existing unit tests may suffice. Closing this issue for now.
