function deletion timeouts
Deleting deployed functions takes a long time. (integration tests for example)
- client.delete revision needed, most likely something to do with pipelines (deleteAll bool set to true = looking for resources)
Perhaps it is a known Node issue (the failure to properly respond to signals) but I am seeing excessively long delays deleting Functions of other runtimes as well
