Domain and Routing Integration
Now that Knative supports Domain Mappings, we should integrate this at a fundamental level in Functions.
Functions are of a fairly specific scope which is by its very nature a network-addressable service. Therefore, we should rely on DNS; the solution to the globally uniquely identification question.
This will require several smaller updates, so this issue is marked as an epic.
