Name reflector on ApiServerSource
Problem When increasing the klog logging level there are log lines that reference the reflectors itself. The problem is that there are many reflectors and the name by default does not provide information the reflector itself.
Event consumer
Exit Criteria When klog logging is enabled then the resource and namespace being monitored by the reflector is used as its name so it is easier to identify its related lines.
