Organize documentation audit

Expected Behavior

We should schedule regular documentation audits of content published in https://knative.dev/development/ so that

• We know what content is outdated -> remove
• We know what content needs to be modified -> create docs issues
• We are aware of content gaps -> create docs issues

Steps required

• [ ] Split content into sections of expertise
• [ ] Find and assign SMEs for each section
• [ ] Create issues to track each part of the audit and timebox it - best effort is fine > taking forever
