community CNCF and Google Cloud billing

CNCF to arrange an invoiced GCP billing account for our GCP projects. It is currently being paid via a CNCF Corporate Credit Card and Google limits the accounts and billing failures leads to infra deletion.

OK, I've confirmed with @jeefy and billing is now going to CNCF. Regarding the 1Password info, there should be nothing to add, my understanding is that access to the GCP project is controlled via terraform, here:

Basically, folks with write access to the GCP org are those who are members of the [email protected] group. (tagging @upodroid just to make sure my assumptions are correct)
