Leftover fixes for `kn service apply`
The following things should be added to improve #964 :
- Add Changelog entry
- Add an e2e test for
kn service apply -f - Fix some formatting issue (comment after import)
- Pick the
user-containerwhen checking for the container to merge
This issue is stale because it has been open for 90 days with no
activity. It will automatically close after 30 more days of
inactivity. Reopen the issue with /reopen. Mark the issue as
fresh by adding the comment /remove-lifecycle stale.

I think this issue is still relevant and could be handled together with #1073 for improving kn service apply
