[Suggestion] There should be a tab for UI styles

There should be a way for people to package & publish styles and UI modifications to CVRMG, and have a tab for it. (things that can be done without MelonLoader)

For example, edits such as This one by FoxComment

Edit: Assuming the UI doesn't stop using HTML/CSS/JS in the near future
